MEET FOUNDER & CEO — ASHANTI PHELPS, CPA

Hi, I’m Ashanti! I’m a Texas Certified Public Accountant, entrepreneur, and advocate for helping individuals and small businesses build a stronger financial future.

Originally from Georgia and now based in Houston, I earned my Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Texas Southern University and my Master’s in Accounting from the University of Houston. With nine plus years of accounting experience, including Big Four public accounting, I bring a broad perspective shaped by work across industries such as banking, healthcare, nonprofit, oil and gas, and professional services. My experience spans tax preparation, bookkeeping, financial reporting, cash management, and accounting operations.

Having worked with small, family-owned businesses, I understand the dedication it takes to keep a business running—and how overwhelming the financial side can feel. I believe business owners deserve clear guidance, reliable support, and an accounting partner who takes the time to understand their goals.

Giving back has always been part of who I am. I created this business to put that value into practice by helping the people and businesses that sustain our communities.
